A Guided Group for Loving Someone Who’s Addicted

You didn’t choose this. But here you are, loving someone whose addiction has reshaped your days, your peace, and maybe even who you thought you were.
There’s the person struggling. There’s the addiction itself. And then there’s you, the third side, carrying weight no one quite sees and no one quite names.
This is a space built for that third side.

The Third Side

Who This Is For

Anyone loving someone through addiction: a parent, a partner, an adult child, a sibling, a friend.
As a Recovery Coach and Hypnotherapist who’s spent years helping others navigate addiction’s ripple effects, I built this program to give you what peer support alone can’t: Real tools, a clear structure, and guidance every step of the way.

Healing • Tools • Support

A 6 week guided group for anyone loving someone through addiction, built around my book:

A Practical Guide to Loving Someone Who’s Addicted: What You Need to Know When You Can’t Fix Someone You Love.

We meet weekly over Zoom moving through the 5 parts of the book together.

  • Session 1: Understanding What’s Happening

October 13th

We start with the core reframe: addiction is a disease, not a moral failing, with just enough neuroscience to give you language for what you’re witnessing. Then we look at the roles families take on around addiction, the fixer, the enabler, the hero, since this is usually where people recognize themselves.

  • Session 2: Naming Your Own Experience

October 20th

This session turns the focus toward you. We name what trauma and codependency actually look like, then draw a clear line between enabling and supporting, closing with what it means to detach with love.

  • Session 3: Living Through Their Recovery

October 27th

We map what recovery actually looks like, including the fragile early days and relapse without losing hope. This session also makes room for rebuilding trust over time and for anyone whose loved one hasn’t engaged with recovery at all.

  • Session 4: Protecting Your Own Peace

November 3rd

The most hands-on session, focused on what boundaries actually are, how to hold them under pressure, and how to communicate them so they land. We also talk about bringing the whole family into that structure.

  • Session 5: Your Own Healing

November 10th

This is where the focus shifts from managing the situation to reclaiming your own life. We work with journaling, coming back into your body, and reprogramming the beliefs that keep you stuck.

  • Session 6: Integration and Closing

November 17th

No new material here, just space to bring the whole arc together. We reflect on what’s shifted, name what you’re carrying forward, and close as a group.
