I help my clients discover their own inner strength, while simultaneously helping them to create habits that will produce lasting change and upward momentum. I am a huge believer in solutions when there are problems and that’s where we shift your focus.

I have lived in the Tampa Bay area for the last 39 years where I’ve considered myself a continuous learner and student of interpersonal relationships and personal motivations. I have lived in the Tampa Bay area for the last 39 years where I’ve considered myself a continuous learner and student of interpersonal relationships and personal motivations. What truly makes us who we are and why do we make certain choices? I have studied and worked in counseling and psychology, with a focus on substance abuse. I later expanded my studies to include grief counseling, confidence coaching, spiritual coaching, relationship coaching and hypnotherapy. I have always believed in the “holistic” approach and believe as humans, we are a sum of our parts and experiences. I hold a degree in Substance Abuse Counseling, as well as several certifications in Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy.

My passion is working with individuals who have been exposed to living with an addict and the chaos that creates internally and externally.
