By accessing or using the website www.elevated-coaching.com, purchasing any product or service, or scheduling a session with Elevated Coaching & Hypnotherapy, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services Offered
Elevated Coaching & Hypnotherapy, LLC provides the following services and products:
• One-on-one life coaching sessions (in-person and virtual)
• Hypnotherapy sessions (in-person and virtual via secure video platform)
• Foot detox treatments (in-person only)
• Digital products, including e-books and downloadable resources
• Physical wellness products sold through our online store
Sessions may be conducted in-person at our Florida location or virtually via Zoom or another secure video conferencing platform. The specific platform will be confirmed upon booking.

Coaching and hypnotherapy services provided by Elevated Coaching & Hypnotherapy, LLC are for educational, motivational, and personal development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or mental health care.
Our services do not constitute:
• Medical treatment or therapy of any kind
• Licensed mental health counseling or psychotherapy
• Diagnosis or treatment of any physical or psychological condition
• Nutritional or medical advice
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health condition, please consult a licensed physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other qualified healthcare professional before engaging in our services. Hypnotherapy is a complementary wellness approach and is not a licensed healthcare practice in the State of Florida.
By engaging our services, you confirm that you are not relying on them as a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment.
4. Client Responsibilities
By booking or purchasing services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your wellness goals
• Disclose any medical or mental health conditions that may be relevant to your sessions
• Take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from our services
• Arrive (or log on) on time for scheduled sessions
• Treat our practitioners and staff with respect
5. Payment Terms
All fees for services and products are listed on our website and are subject to change without
notice. Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless a payment plan has been
expressly agreed upon in writing.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All
transactions are processed securely. Elevated Coaching & Hypnotherapy, LLC does not store
your payment card information.
Prices for physical products are exclusive of applicable shipping and handling fees, which will
be calculated and displayed at checkout.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Sessions (Coaching & Hypnotherapy)
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may be charged the full session fee. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests when notified in advance.
Digital Products (E-Books & Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books and downloadable content are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.
Physical Products
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@elevated-coaching.com. Items returned after 14 days or in used/damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Foot Detox Treatments
Foot detox appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on www.elevated-coaching.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos,
images, audio, video, e-books, and other materials, is the property of Elevated Coaching &
Hypnotherapy, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. E-books and digital products purchased are licensed for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
All information shared during coaching and hypnotherapy sessions is held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to protect your safety or the safety of others.
9. Virtual Sessions
For sessions conducted online, you are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, a private and quiet environment, and a compatible device. The Company is not responsible for technical difficulties on your end that disrupt a session.
Virtual sessions may not be recorded by the client without the express written consent of the Company.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Elevated Coaching & Hypnotherapy, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, products, or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elevated Coaching & Hypnotherapy, LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Florida. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
