In this deeply relaxing session you will be gently guided into a receptive state where your nervous system can begin to learn something it may not have experienced in a very long time: that it is safe to rest. Through compassionate reframing, nervous system reset, and subconscious reprogramming, this session works at the level where anxiety is actually generated, not just managed.
